For referral and source partners

Send the deals you cannot place.

Send us what does not fit your panel.

Place your bread and butter where you already have relationships. You will be faster and you will keep all of it.

A second look on a decline

Different panel, different appetites, and a written note of which criteria failed.

Product gaps

You run factoring and this one is equipment, or the other way round.

Files with a story

Discharged bankruptcy, thin credit, one year in business, older asset.

Geography

States or industries your funders will not write.

Overflow

Files that need daily attention in a week you do not have it.

Files you would drop

The ones sitting untouched in your inbox. Those are worth something.

You keep the majority.

Two arrangements, set by how much of the work you do. Both are paid by the funder. Your share is locked when the deal is registered, before anyone knows how it turns out.

Referral

You make the introduction and step back. We run intake, gather documents, place the deal, and manage it to funding. Smaller share, almost no time from you.

Managed

You own the client through closing and put the file together. We screen, place, submit, and deal with the funder. Majority share, rising with volume and file quality.

On each deal you choose a guaranteed payout after funding, or your full share with a portion held through the funder's clawback window. Take the guaranteed payout and we carry that risk.

Source protection.

The answer to the thing you were going to ask first.

Registration

Every deal gets an identifier and a receipt on arrival, defining exactly what the non circumvention terms cover.

Your client

We contact them about the registered deal only. No marketing, no cross sell, no approach after closing.

Your book

The terms exclude funders and clients you worked with before we met. We are not trying to fence off your business.

What you see

Your deal, its stage, what is outstanding, the funding partner once we place it, and your commission.

Getting paid

A stated payment day, amounts visible before you ask, and advance notice if anything will be late.

If you outgrow us

A lower fee arrangement where you become broker of record, or a defined buyout. Worth asking about early if it matters to you.

Start with the hard one.

Send the file you cannot place. That is the only test worth running.
